One place
to begin.

From the report you saved to the questions you want to ask. Explore the tools built around your own health story.

Health Vault

Every original, together.

Give reports, prescriptions, scans and hospital documents a home. Keep the original file alongside the information read from it.

  • Upload files or photograph report pages
  • Keep multi-page reports together
  • Find records by category, date or provider

Saving a file and organizing its contents are separate steps.

Bring the right history.

Choose records for a visit, add the questions on your mind, and review an overview with references to its original sources.

  • Choose the records for one person
  • Review documented history and medicines
  • Save a preparation and choose how to share

My Health

See the story over time.

Bring dated lab measurements, documented medicines and follow-up plans into a view you can return to between visits.

  • Compare supported lab results over time
  • Check units, dates and report references
  • Keep medicine instructions and follow-ups in view

Report ranges provide context; they are not a diagnosis.

Medicines & reminders

Review. Then remind.

Read medicine instructions from your records, check them against the prescription, and confirm a schedule before reminders are activated.

  • Keep recorded instructions connected to their source
  • Review unclear or differing instructions
  • Confirm reminder times and course details

Reminders support your plan. They never prescribe or change treatment.

Care Circle

Care, with permission.

Keep each person’s health story separate while helping family organize records. Sharing starts with authorization, not a family relationship.

  • Switch between authorized profiles
  • Choose appropriate access for a trusted person
  • Review connections and withdraw access

Family access is subject to the profile owner’s permission or valid authority.

Choose a guided question about selected records. One Companion is designed to return a concise answer with links to the supporting originals.

  • Explore Reports, Medicines, Visits and History
  • Choose which records a question uses
  • Return to saved questions and their sources

If the records cannot support an answer, One should say so.

Lab Insights

See supported measurements across time, with their dates, units and source reports. Keep the laboratory’s reference range in context and discuss trends with your doctor.

Medicines & reminders

Review extracted prescription instructions and confirm the details before activating a reminder. Unclear or conflicting directions stay visible for checking.

Follow-ups

Keep documented review dates and requested tests together. Use the relevant records to prepare for a planned visit. This is personal planning, not appointment booking.

Care across
the distance.

A parent at home. An adult child in another city. A shared wish to keep the next conversation a little easier.

Care Circle is designed to help trusted people support one another, with separate profiles and appropriate access to each person’s records.

A closer look.

What is HealthCore One?

HealthCore One is a personal health records application for individuals and families. It brings together a Health Vault, doctor-visit preparation, lab insights, medicines and follow-ups, family access and guided questions about your own records.

Can I download or use it now?

HealthCore One is under development and release validation is ongoing. This page is a product preview, not an app sign-up. Public downloads and a launch date have not been announced here. Contact HealthCore AI for current availability.

Can I help manage a parent’s records?

The Care Circle and managed-profile workflows are designed for authorized family support. Access is scoped to the relevant person and permissions. Being a family member does not automatically grant access to someone’s records.

Does One give medical advice?

No. One helps organize and explain information already documented in your records. It does not diagnose, prescribe, replace a clinician or provide emergency assistance. Check extracted information against the original and discuss medical decisions with your doctor.

How does sharing with a doctor work?

The product includes reviewed summary sharing, PDF export and a doctor-link workflow designed around selected information, expiry and revocation. Availability depends on the released app configuration. Copies or files already downloaded by a recipient cannot be recalled.

Do I need HealthCore Nexus?

No. HealthCore One is a separate consumer product. A hospital does not need to use HealthCore Nexus for you to organize your own records with One.

What will it cost?

Pricing and storage allowances have not been announced on this website. Contact HealthCore AI for product and availability enquiries.
